Hello! My name is Amy. I’m 32 years old, married, and have 4 children.

My youth was suffocated, if you will, with houses that were so filled with garbage there were paths through it, smoke caked walls, cat feces behind all the furniture and severe mold in the bathroom and kitchen. Rarely any clean dishes, clothes, or bed to sleep on.

Probably because of this, I adore cleanliness and organization. I don’t mind a little mess – I might let the dinner dishes sit until morning and wait until there’s 2-3 loads of laundry to do, but in my house, everything has a place, I don’t keep junk I don’t need, and it’s always clean. I like helping others and don’t judge – and all these traits mesh into a nifty career option called “Professional Organizer”.

Because I had small children for many years, I chose to stay home with them and work full time on my main business: web design & development (www.amygarrettdesign.com). But as my kids got older and happier to be without me around every moment, I discovered it was time to get started on this new career path. I love meeting new clients, new friends, new challenges, and helping people like you discover they have the ability to have a clutter-free and organized home and life.
